Description: Lovely walnut Rococo Victorian partner's library table. This piece was deaccessioned by the Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester NY. We had a new fabric put on the top surface. Each side has a drawer making the "front" and "back" symmetrical with a drawer on opposite sides. The skirt has recessed panels with a drop finial on each corner. It has graceful carved legs and a fancy turned round support at each end. The center stretcher is beautifully opened carved with an ornate finial in the middle. An interesting table with excellent provenance!
